Chris Bosh is ready to move on from his waterfront mansion in Miami Beach which he bought in 2010 for $12.33 million. Now, the 11-time All-Star asks $18 million for the 12,368-square-foot modern residence on North Bay Road.
Set on a waterfront half-acre of Biscayne Bay, the 2009-built home features airy living spaces characterized by white walls and high ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors offers waterfront views in the massive living room, gourmet kitchen and dining room.
The breathtaking two-story house has six bedrooms, eight baths and three and a half baths. The sprawling master suite, which has its own balcony, also features a walk-in closet and oversized tub.
There’s also a guest house, and a covered summer kitchen. Balconies on the second level overlook both the courtyard garden and the backyard, which holds an infinity pool and boat dock.
The furniture is available for sale at an additional cost.
Chris Bosh and his wife, Adrienne also have a magnificent estate in California.
