Carrera collection is one of the leading collections of TAG Heuer brand. Launched by Jack Heuer in 1964 as a chronograph, now this collection is available in a wide range of models and casing diameter with various functions for men and women.

In 2017, TAG Heuer decided to pay more attention to today’s active women with a sporty, contemporary style. New Carrera Lady models presented for the first time at the Baselworld 2017 fairground, turn to younger generations through models such as a blue sunray dial and a denim-effect leather strap, a black dial enhanced with a touch of rose gold and a full-grain calfskin leather strap, a black dial with an 18K rose gold case and a shiny black alligator skin strap, or lastly the wildly rock ‘n’ roll full-black look. With an elegant 36mm diameter, the new case of the Carrera Lady is directly inspired by the newest addition to the TAG Heuer in-house chronograph family: the Carrera Heuer-01 released in 2015.
This year, thanks to new improvements, the case has a different construction.

It is no longer punched from a block in the traditional TAG Heuer way – it is now modular and formed of 9 different pieces (case back, case middle, bezel, lugs and strap end-pieces), which paves the way for myriad possible combinations of almost endless materials, colours, treatments and finishes. The true exemplar of such a combination is a watch with an alligator strap and dial with diamonds.
As far as the bezel is concerned, it is thicker and larger, giving the case extra character.
The lugs are now more prominent, rejuvenating the entire watch, which is finished off with a two-material strap – available for women for the first time at TAG Heuer – that will offer unrivalled and enduring comfort thanks to its rubber base.
The watches are fitted with a quartz movement to ensure their price tag remains competitive. These new models are available starting from CHF 1,450.
