RM Sotheby’s will offer on sale Bugatti Chiron, for which the new (second) owner will have to splash out from €3.2 to €3.6 million.
Of the 500 planned samples, Bugatti produced and delivered 70 Chirons in just over a year of production, and one of the first owners of the successor to the legendary model Veyron decided to offer his blue-blue Chiron at an auction that will be held in Paris in early February.
The car was delivered to the first buyer in April, it crossed less than 1,000 kilometers, and according to preliminary estimates, the new owner will have to pay about €3,5 million for it, which is significantly higher than the price of €2.55 million, which Bugatti asks for Chiron.
As a reminder, behind the seatback lies 8.0 liter 16-cylinder engine which assisted by four turbo-charger offers 1.500hp and 1,599 Nm of torque. For transmission of power to both shafts, is in charge a 7-speed automatic transmission with two clutch, and these numbers are enough that Chiron from 0 to 100 km/h arrives after 2.5 seconds and develops 420 km/h.
