Another new pick-up promoted at this year’s NAIAS Auto Show in Detroit is the Ram 1500 model year 2019.
Although its appearance was supposed to remain secret until its official promotion, this did not happen because a photo of this vehicle had already appeared in the public a few days ago without any mask.
In any case, 2019 Ram 1500 is officially in front of us, and the pictures show that it has got a front grill in a new style, a new design of bumper and light, as well as a more modern interior.

According to the factory, the interior is now more spacious, with better ergonomics and materials, as well as more abundant equipment.
It is worth mentioning infotainment screens up to 12 inches (depending on the version), 7-inch dashboard display, USB ports, Wi-Fi, 360 degree camera, blind spot monitoring system, adaptive cruise control, vehicle maintenance system on the road track, automatic braking system …
It should be noted that 2019 Ram 1500 is 102 kg lighter than the predecessor, and the lower aerodynamics of the vehicle contributes to less fuel consumption.
In the range of engines, there are 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with 305 hp, as well as the 5.7 liter Hemi V8 with 395 hp. Especially the optional eTorque system is highlighted, as the FCA called the 48-volt mild-hybrid (due to the additional 121 Nm for the V6 engine and 176 Nm for the V8 engine).

The engines are matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and it should be emphasized that the EcoDiesel V6 engine is coming later.
2019 Ram 1500 will be available with a choice of 12 colors, 15 different wheel designs, three body configurations and three lengths of luggage space.
In the end, on offer will be Ram Rebel, with larger tires, elevated clearance, Bilstein shock absorbers, blocking rear differential, and 4×4 Off-Road Package, which will also be available in other versions.
