Ladurée is Parisian upscale pâtissier best known for its French macarons. Vera Wang is designer and the queen of bridal fashion. So, when combine their expertise in one project, the result must be something delicious and stylish. And this collaboration features two desserts. The recipes were created by Laduree, drawing inspiration from Vera Wang’s iconic bridal designs.
The first is limited edition coconut crème chantilly macaron. A box of six, costs $24 and comes with the round beauties laid out in the black rectangular package adorned with silver etched detailing. A macarons can also be purchased in bulk: a cube of 45 is $166, a cube of 80 is $274 and a cube of 125 will cost you $425. The macarons are only available while stocks last.
The second dessert is a mango and coconut wedding cake. Weng expained that this wedding cake was inspired by one of her gown and gazing upon the gorgeous all white treat, you can tell.
The layered wedding cakes are available in a classic all-white design or with a pop of black, and both are topped with flowers and bows. If you want to purchase Vera Wang wedding cake, you must be expected at least 40 guests.
The sweet treats can be spotted in the window displays of Ladurée’s Madison Avenue and Soho New York City locations until January 26. Cakes can be ordered throughout 2018.
