Mercedes-AMG and Cigarette Racing Team continue their long-term cooperation, and this year they presented a new joint project at the International Boat Show in Miami.
It is the Cigarette Racing 515 Project One, while inspiration for this 15.6 meter long speedboat was found in the Mercedes-AMG Project One. This means that the boat has got an exterior in a silver-black color like that Mercedes hypercar.
This speedboat is powered by two Mercury Racing V8 engines with a total of 3100 hp (the highest speed of 225 km h), and there are also a body of fiberglass and kevlar, as well as carbon fibers and Dynamic fabrics in the interior where it is possible to accommodate six passengers.
he price is not stated in the news, but it is certainly not a small.
As a reminder, Mercedes-AMG Project One combines a 1.6-liter V6 turbo engine from the F1 car (it has 603 hp at 11,000 rpm), four electric motors (two front and two rear), lithium-ion batteries, all four-wheel drive and an automated manual 8-speed Xtra.
Combined power is 1086 hp (with overboost 1134 hp), from 0 to 100 km/h it accelerates in less than 3 seconds, while up to 200 km/h arrives for exactly 6 seconds (maximum speed is 350 km/h).
