Built by Pearl Yachts, the Pearl 80 series was first announced at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show in 2017. Now, this 24m/79ft yacht attracted a lot of attention at the recent Miami Yacht Show with its magnificent interior design by London designer Kelly Hoppen.
The yacht’s interior focuses on maximizing volume, natural light and customization. Hoppen created three interior motifs—Studio, Luxury, and Taupe—for Pearl owners to choose from. All employ clean lines, neutral tones, and Hoppen’s trademark colors (cool gray and taupe beige) to give an immediate soothing effect.
Pearl 80 was designed by Dixon Yacht Design (naval architecture). The main deck aft cockpit has a large alfresco dining area for guests to take in the fresh air and views while they dine. A large hydraulic swim platform to the stern adds another sunbathing area for guests to enjoy the environment beside the water. The bow also has an area for outdoor dining, and the sun pads on the bow add a place to rest after a hearty meal.
On the flybridge, there is a third alfresco dining area and an outdoor lounge that can be shaded or exposed to the sun via an automated roof.
The aft has the second selection of sunpads and sun loungers for resting in the sun with uninterrupted views over the glass balustrades.
Power comes from a pair of 1,800hp MAN V12 engines for a top speed of 35 knots. When trimmed back to her cruising speed of 25 knots, the Pearl 80 has an estimated range of 350 nautical miles.
Pearl 80 brings together sumptuous space with luxurious styling and outstanding levels of comfort.
