Meet the most complicated watch in the MB&F collection to date, this time in titanium. Like all other Legacy Machine watches, the Legacy Machine Perpetual’s balance wheel takes center stage on the dial which configuration is unchanged, with sub-dials for the time, day, month, and date at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock respectively. The big change is the color of the dial. It now has a striking emerald green dial that looks pretty awesome.
When it comes to case – it is identical to previous Legacy Machine Perpetual watches. Case diameter is still 44mm, but it is now made out of grade 5 titanium.
MB&F Legacy Machine Perpetual Titanium
The movement is the same integrated hand-wound perpetual calendar caliber that was developed by Stephen McDonnell, a self-taught movement designer based in North Ireland. The 581-component, fully integrated and purpose-built movement of Legacy Machine Perpetual has been designed for user-friendly and trouble-free use: thanks to an innovative “mechanical processor” (patent pending), no more skipping dates or jamming gears, and the adjuster pushers automatically deactivate when the calendar changes, so no problems there either.
The new MB&F Legacy Machine Perpetual Titanium is priced at 148,000 CHF and will be limited to 50 pieces.
