This is not a lavish house, because its focus is on design, not grandeur, which certainly does not mean that it is not impressive. In fact, it’s an incredible house, from whomever you look at it. It has a perfect view of the nearby pine forest, access to the bulky garden and swimming pool, and among the trees there is a bowling field.

As is usually the case with the magnificent residences, the most impressive side of this house is not just the one visible from the side of the street, but its direct competitor is backyard. This residence opens towards the terrace and garden with a waterfall, a sun terrace, a swimming pool and the above mentioned forest which is an ideal backdrop for all these elements.
In contrast to the back of this house, its street side has an enclosed facade with only a few openings that are either long and horizontal or narrow and vertical, and there are only to allow the breakthrough of natural light into certain parts of this home without compromising privacy.
