After displaying the Exige Cup 430 in November last year, Lotus has now offered its exclusive version of the Exige Cup 430 Type 25.
The car was built in honor of the Lotus Type 25, Lotus’ racing single that dominated the F1 season in 1963. You guess, the Exige Cup 430 Type 25 will be made in a limited edition of only 25 copies.
Thanks to the use of carbon fiber and new materials in the interior instead of standard, the weight of the vehicle is only 1056 kg, while the 3.5 liter V6 engine has 430 hp and 440 Nm of torque (power/weight ratio is 407 hp per tonne). The gearbox is otherwise six-speed manual, and the drive is on the rear wheels.

All in all, the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes only 3.3 seconds, and the highest speed is 290 km/h.
The Exige Cup 430 Type 25 also features Lotus Racing Green or Old English White exterior color, contrasting racing lines, new rear spoiler, carbon fiber seats coated with Alkantara and leather, and aluminum details and a wooden top of the gearshift knob.
