Swedish company Cake has made the perfect hybrid of mountain bike and electric motocross machine.
Its name is Kalk and it’s fantastic. It is a machine that is not made for any competition, but only for enjoying the ride.
The approach used in design is minimalist, which is noticeable on the choice of color, which may not be the best solution for off-road.
The motorcycle is fully powered, weighs 70 kilograms and can carry up to 80 kilometers with a full battery, while its maximum speed is about 80 km/h.
The “heart” of this machine is an electric generator that has 16 hp and 42 Nm of maximum torque available. Extremely light weight is achieved using the latest aluminum frame and plastic parts, combined with carbon fiber.
It is necessary to emphasize special, custom-made tires, Ohlins fully adjustable suspension and 220-mm brake calipers.
The first 50 copies to be made are already sold out at a price of €14,000 ($17,165) per piece. Delivery is free wherever you are on the planet.
