American actor Bruce Willis and his wife, Ema, sold their luxury apartment in New York with a view of the Central Park for $17,75 million.
According to “Daily Mail”, they received the required price for the apartment they bought in 2015. Now they sold it for $755,000 more.
Luxury duplex has six rooms and four bathrooms, as well as a private library. Also, there are a plenty of inviting, family-friendly amenities, such as an eat-in kitchen, a den with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, and entertaining spaces on the upper level. The living room stretches an impressive 30 feet, and the dining room is a just-as-stately 20 feet, with an enviable view of the park.
The upper floor contains one of the bedrooms, with a walk-in closet and spacious bathroom; the other four family bedrooms are located on the lower level and share two hallway bathrooms, with the master suite located in its own slightly secluded wing of the duplex. The suite includes an entrance vestibule, a 25-foot-long bedroom with views of the park and a connected wardrobe-lined office or dressing room. Two dressing rooms and an impressive, tiled bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a separate shower round out the suite.
Previously, it was two apartments that one of the previous owners merged into one.
Bruce Willis and his wife will move to a more modest apartment of $7.9 million.
