The unique Huracan, which Pope Francis received as a gift from Lamborghini at the end of 2017, will be offered for sale on May 12 at a charity auction in Monaco.
Last year’s news that the Italian manufacturer of supersport cars has donated expensive Lamborghini Pope Francis, who is known all over the world for using extremely modest and cheap cars, was at first a surprise.
Things became clearer when it was announced that the Pope would not use his Huracan at all, but the plan was to sell it and to donate the money to charity.
Pope’s Lambo is a Huracan rear-wheel drive, and it was created in the Italian manufacturer’s personalization department and should not be specifically emphasized that it is a unique vehicle.
The car is painted in white, with golden-yellow details in honor of the state symbols of the Vatican, and the Pope blessed this special Lamborghini during the handover and put his sign on the vehicle.
The interior is made in combination of black and white details, with plenty of skin.
As far as the engine is concerned, it remained unchanged compared to the regular Huracan with the rear-wheel drive – an aggregate produces 580 hp and 540 Nm.
It is estimated that the car will reach the price of between 250,000 and 350,000 euros in Monaco on May 12th.
