Magnificent Beverly Hills estate which was longtime home to “Gone With the Wind” actress Ann Rutherford can be purchased for $31.9 million.
Owned by Rutherford until her death in 2012, the 1938 French Revival-style residence le residence, was substantially expanded by the mortgage mogul Mark Cohen and his wife, Laurie who purchased the property known as the Rutherford House in 2013 for $7.55 million.
