From time to time, some of the props from famous movies are on sale, and sometimes, these props include machines like this below.
Next month, a Harley-Davidson FLSTF Fat Boy will also be looking for a new owner at an auction in Los Angeles.
But this is not the usual Fat Boy, but the one Arnold Schwarzenegger drove in the famous 1991 movie Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
The Fat Boy goes on to take part in one of the greatest chase scenes in film history, when the T-800 uses it to rescue John Connor (played by Edward Furlong astride a Honda XR dirtbike) from the relentless T-1000. The chase through the L.A. River reached iconic status, and various films and television shows have paid tribute to the scene, while others have made parodies of it.
According to the announcement of the auction house, the motorcycle is expected to reach $300,000.
FLSTF Fat Boy is one of the best-selling models of the brand from Milwaukee, and was made for a rally in Dayton in 1988. The production version had a frame inspired by the 1984 Softail model, powered by a V-twin aggregate of 1,340 cubic meters.
The auction will be held on June 5th.
