British gold-plating firm Goldgenie has listed on its website special luxury version of the upcoming iPhone XS as part of its new “Billionaire Solid Gold Edition” range. Although Apple’s new iPhone won’t be officially revealed until September, but it’s already available for pre-order – if you’ve got a spare £100,000 ($127,000). Good to know, only half is required for a deposit.
Goldgenie trumpets the phone as “the brand’s most luxurious product to date.” However, the customized Goldgenie iPhone will come with 256GB of storage and arrive in a luxury box with a cherry oak finish. Also included in the price is a 5-year membership to Goldgenie’s VIP Concierge service and a lifetime warranty.
This service includes “sourcing information ahead of a transaction, financial advisory services, securing exclusive access, coordinating travel, organising events and personal assistance”.
Each phone will be numbered 1-23, and will be stamped with the Gold standard Assay Hallmark at Goldsmiths Hall in London.
