Italian Ares Design (who runs former Lotus design chief Dany Bahar) continues to draw attention to his creations. Thus, after the already introduced Pantera (based on Lamborghini Huracan) and the announced modern Ferrari 412i (based on Ferrari GTC4 Lusso), ahead of us is their Bentley Mulsanne Coupe (last weekend promoted at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in the US).
This Mulsanne Coupe has a pair of doors less than the original Mulsanne sedan on which it is based (new body panels are usually made of aluminum and carbon fiber), the weight is reduced by 450 kg, the car is 20 mm lower, and certain changes have suffered and interior.
Ares Design implemented this project in cooperation with the German company Mcchip-DKR, and the 6.75-liter twin-turbo V8 engine has more than 600 hp and 1100 Nm of torque.
The plan is a very limited series, with a car costing at least 395,000 euros.
