Costa Esmeralda in Buenos Aires, the location of this fantastic estate, sheltered from the street with the help of fantastic woods and forests. Forest House can indeed be considered the most suitable and most luxurious home of this part of the world, because it is located on a place of sand dune with slopes of almost two meters high, from where it provides an incredible view of the environment through high and densely planted trees.
Offering about 150 m2 of surface and aesthetics similar to other forest lodges located nearby, Forest House is a concrete residence that uses the maximum all available area. The three volumes are arranged along the gradient, while the spaces between them play the role of the yard, giving guests the opportunity to intimately connect with nature.
The main bedroom with its private bathroom is definitely created as the pinnacle of luxury, followed by the cascade of the additional bedroom and at the end of the living room located at the base.
Electric floor heating will give you quite enough heat during the cold winter days, while through the windows facing the west you will be able to enjoy the magnificent natural scenery. The large, covered terrace is located in the northern part of the house and extends the common space. In addition to beds, sofas and chairs, all the other pieces of furniture and elements of this luxurious house in the forest are made of concrete.
Two unique materials, concrete and glass, were used to complete the integration of this house with landscape and create a response to its structural, functionality and maintenance. Each volume is covered with slabs that are supported on reverse beams, intertwined throughout this house. The roofs are designed as green terraces, while reducing the effect of thermal conditions, such as a glossy insulator.
