Here is an important information for all lovers of Gin & Tonic fans! ! You can now literally transform your favorite mixed drink with edible paint thanks to to Bombay Sapphire.
The Bombay Sapphire Paint Collection was developed by the gin brand in partnership ith award winning bartender and head of Cocktail Development at Duck and Waffle’s – Rich Woods.
Currently available as Bombay Sapphire blue (“an iconic ‘Blue Edition’ paint colour, created by Smith & Sinclair,” as it’s described in a press release), the tasty paint is applied with a brush in a line on the inside of your glass and then when, when the gin, tonic, and ice are added, the paint infuses both flavor and color into the cocktail.
Currently, the striking paint is available to add to your drinks in five bars across the United Kingdom: Duck & Waffle, Mr Fogg’s House of Botanicals, and Scout in London, as well as at Panda and Sons in Edinburgh and Tariff & Dale in Manchester.
The Paint Collection will roll out to more than 150 bars in the U.K. in the next few months.
