The most fun you can experience when driving a car is on a closed track and outside the public road. So why not treat yourself with a personal race track?
North Florida Speedway, an oval dirt track 3/8 miles long, i.e. about 600 meters, is located in Lake City, Florida, and is for sale. Perhaps such a track is not the perfect choice for super cars, but, certainly provides enough fun. The track has recently been listed on sale, and is reportedly coming with many improvements and ongoing renovations.
North Florida Speedway track was opened in 1963, and is characterized by two graders, two new concession stands with new restaurant equipment and a new metal building. In an ad says that the purchase of the track comes with equipment worth $400,000, and that soon on the track will be an apartment that the new owner will be able to use.
The attached pictures show that the track is very good for its years and is well maintained. According to the ad, the track regularly hosts 6,200 spectators and generates a profit of about $200,000 per year. All this can be purchased for $799,000, so we are confident that the track will continue to provide entertainment for years to both the participants of the race and the spectators.
