The preserved Ferrari Dino 246GT Coupe from 1971 will be offered on February 23 at the traditional Silverstone auction in England.
It’s a very rare car, as one of only 235 copies made with steering wheel on the right (it’s not clear how many are preserved to date). In addition, it is assumed that only 2 or 3 right-handed cars are originally manufactured in the Azzuro Dino shades of blue.
The interior of the vehicle is covered with Nero leather, and the car is equipped with a radio, as well as electric window lifters.
It was delivered to the first customer in December 1971, and since then it has changed four owners and has crossed 83,341 km. The engine was serviced in detail in 1991, and the same year it is pre-painted with the original shade of blue.
The current owner states that in 2018 he replaced the brakes, as well as parts of the suspension system.
It is expected that this rare copy of the classic Ferrari Dino from the half century will reach the auction price of between £240,000 and £280,000.
