To mark the 50th anniversary of movoe about famous secreat agent James Bond, named “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service”, Aston Martin has prepared a special and limited edition of the current DBS Superlegger model.
Officially named the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera OHMSS Edition, this car will be available in Olive Green, modeled on the original 1969 Aston Martin DBS, which the secret agent 007 drove in the aforementioned movie.
On the car there are also elements of carbon fiber, trimmed mask and unique wheels, while for the interior are provided black leather, Alkantara, red details and a tile with a serial number.
The car is powered by a 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 engine that has 725 hp at 6500 rpm. and 900 Nm of torque (from 1800 to 5000 rpm), enough to reach a maximum of 340 km/h while the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is 3.4 seconds.
The power is transmitted to the rear wheels via the ZF three-speed automatic transmission, while the carbon-ceramic brakes are in charge for stopping.
The plan is a limited series of only 50 such cars, at a price of £300,007 ($378,940) per copy, with the announcement that deliveries to customers will begin in the fourth quarter of 2019.
