In 2012 Jaquet Droz unveiled brand new model inspired by a tropical landscape as part of its line of exceptional automaton watches. To mark the brand’s 275th anniversary following year (2013), they unveiled another bird minute repeater watch called ‘The Charming Bird’. Then in 2016 Charming Bird Métiers d’Art saw the light of the day, while last year one more brilliant minute repeater by Jaquet Droz was launched.

Equipped with a grand complication, a minute repeater chimes on demand the hours, quarter hours and minutes via the vibration of cathedral gongs.

Available in a limited edition of 8 pieces for each metal, the Jaquet Droz Tropical Bird Repeater is available in either 18K red gold with black hours and minutes subdial at 12 o’clock or in 18K white gold with mother-of-pearl subdial.
