The market is full of electric bikes and scooters, so it’s a bit difficult to find specs that stand out for their features. Karmic believes it will be able to do so with its OSLO model.
For this purpose, they started raising funds through Kickstarter campaign. There is a long way ahead of them at this point, but they believe they will be able to reach their destination.
What Karmic promises is an electric bicycle of design that we have never seen before, though the company says that what sets it apart is its speed, safety and comfort. According to a statement, OSLO will “make every ride comfortable”.
The batteries change in just a few seconds, the seat is extremely comfortable, and underneath it is luggage and space – admittedly just sufficient for the phone and wallet. The maximum speed of this electric bike should be about 32 km/h.
OSLO will have an aluminum chassis with thermoplastic bodywork, integrated headlamps and taillights that activate when braking. Its autonomy is around 30 km, although the company says they are working to increase it.
All in all, OSLO should be the first electric bike of this type, stylish, safe, comfortable and efficient. All that remains is for the company to raise funds for the project.
