America’s most luxurious burger has just arrived…
You may have already read about the most expensive burger in the world, which costs $900 and contains goose pate… It being served in Japan, and while we thought it was quite luxurious and unwavering, the new burger knocked it off the throne, at almost twice the price. It’s Black Gold, a $1,600 burger that can be bought at Houston’s H Bar.
Black Gold burger features chopped wagy beef, black truffles and goose pate, additionally decorated with 24-carat gold leaf. This metallic detail is inspired by the Gold Rush, while the black brioche bun is a homage to the rich oil history of this country.
The burger contains half a pound of A5 wagyu beef, sourced from Japan, which is then put into a caviar-filled bun. Still, the extravaganza doesn’t stop there – with a burger comes a golden fries and a bottle of 2006 Dom Perignon champagne.
