One of the surprises of the EICMA fair, at least when it comes to MV Agusta, was the new Rush 1000 model.
Based on the recently launched Brutale 1000 RR, the new Rush is an “naked” motorcycle brought to its limits.
The Italian company says the Rush 1000 is a tribute to the racing “dreg” scene, though the design team seems to have done its best to make the final product a truly unique “Streetfighter”.
What this bike can boast is 209 hp, 117 Nm of maximum torque, with a weight of 185 pounds.
SC-Project signs a unique exhaust system for this model, the Ohlins electronic suspension, as well as the Brembo Stylema brake calipers in combination with 320mm discs.
And while there are plenty of visual changes to the Rush 1000, the Agusta MV emphasizes a round LED headlamp inspired by a unit with an RVS # 1 motorcycle. There’s also plenty of carbon fiber, aluminum rims and a one-sided rear fork.
Price is still unknown.
