The iconic socks that the music legend wore when performing his famous moonwalk movement are part of the auction sale. Glittering socks are priced at $1 million!
Decorated with crystals, these socks were worn by the famous singer during a TV appearance when he performed Billie Jean in 1983, when he first showed his famous movement. Jackson got these socks from Frank DiLeo, who brought him to Epic Records and served as his manager from 1984 to 1989.
In addition to the glittery socks, the offer also includes a signed letter Jackson sent to Frank, thanking him for keeping him on the ground during his Victory tour. Also, the letter comes with a certificate of authenticity and a letter from Frank’s wife, confirming that the singer really wore this socks when he debuted with the moonwalk movement.
