There are also real-world signals from the British Department of Defense – 0552 is the nautical code, while 923 7697 indicates that this is a MilSpec diving model. The dial and the back of the case carry a wide arrow, a symbol used to mark government-issued items, which hints at Bond’s role as an undercover agent.
Seamaster Diver 300 M 007 Edition comes with two different variable belts that are purchased separately. One is a strap of dark brown, gray and beige with 007 engraving ($8,100) and the other is a titanium mesh bracelet with an adjustable buckle ($9,200).
