Newly built seven-bedroom villa in Beverly Hills offers all the amenities that may come to mind…
A trio of cast iron gates leads you to a quiet courtyard, where an oak door is framed by a stone arch, imported from a Lebanese church dating from the 18th century. When you look at this property for the first time, it will seem that you have left Los Angeles and entered the fantasy world. This is exactly the intention of the experts who worked on this property, which has a modern Mediterranean style and is also available for purchase at a cost of $33.4 million.
“I’ve always been inspired by the Mediterranean and Spanish-style homes that embellish the city of Beverly Hills. Therefore, I did my best to honor the beauty and value of this traditional style”, says architect Hamid Gabbay, who designed the property in collaboration with its owner, Behrouz Mahboubi-Fardi, the principal behind the Rodeo Collection, a stronghold of 70 luxury boutiques in Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive shopping district.
“From eighteenth-century limestone fireplaces imported from France to the marble accents spread throughout the house, every feature is custom-made,” says Mahboubi-Fardi.
When you step over the threshold of this villa, you are greeted with high ceilings in the foyer, a magnificent staircase with cast iron genders and an abundance of natural light. The corridors with Turkish stone floors fit perfectly with the generously designed living space, which includes a family room, living room, dining room, bar, breakfast nook, kitchen with pantry, pantry and three toilets. The highlight of all is the library, which received magnificent wooden panels that will definitely remind you of a French castle.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a true oasis, thanks to the charming seating area, his and her bathroom and fitted wardrobes. In addition, there is a bulky private terrace overlooking the pool, courtyard and landscaped gardens.
The property itself has seven bedrooms, three of which have private bathrooms, two with their own balconies and courtyard views.
Designed for true enjoyment, this villa is equipped with a private cinema with twelve seats, a wine cellar, a gym, a massage room and two full baths, one with a sauna. The basement has a laundry room, an office, two rooms with staff bathrooms and a five-car garage.
