ABT Sportsline is a big name when it comes to tuning models from the Volkswagen Group and the latest project is the Audi SQ8.
Audi’s SUV has a slightly more aggressive look and more power. The body kit consists of a new front spoiler that creates more air intake under the radiator grille, with other components focused on the rear where the SQ8 has a much larger roof spoiler, and changes to the complete bumper are visible.
For this sporty crossover, ABT offers multiple sets of different rims, a 22-inch ten-spoke GR available in glossy or matte black, the HR Aero with ten double-spoke in Dark Smoke color, and the HR-F in Shadow gray available in sizes 22 and 23 inches.
The German tuner also offers interior changes, such as the headlights, engine start button and the like.
ABT’s ECU unit is responsible for boosting power, so the 4.0-liter turbodiesel V8 engine with mild hybrid technology now delivers 503 hp and 970 Nm of torque, while previously developing 429 hp and 900 Nm. This improvement reduced the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h from 4.8 to 4.6 seconds.
The improved suspension has resulted in height adjustability, with the lowest being Coffee Mode which lowers the crossover by 65mm compared to standard Comfort Mode.
