The renowned Italian shipyard Baglietto has almost unveiled its new superyacht project, called Abaco…
It is a fascinating ship developed in collaboration with the Santa Maria Magnolfi studio. Inspired by the idea of living and enjoying the sea, this concept aims to become the perfect yacht for shallow water navigation, with easy access to the sea and numerous open spaces.
Abaco design is characterized by bold, modern lines, with bulky glass surfaces that give you the opportunity to enjoy magical views of the open sea wherever you are. The main deck offers no less than 120 square meters of space, and extends to the stern, where there is also a cockpit and a small beach club, which is directly connected to the sea.
At the back of the yacht, we can see the magnificent infinity pool and cozy sunbathing area, while behind it is an al-fresco dining room with enough space for 16 passengers. The main salon is specially designed to open the stern, while inside the glass space there is a winter garden, with a bar and lounge, which can also be fully open, thanks to sliding windows that extend from floor to ceiling.
Future owners of this enchanting boat will be able to enjoy the spacious owner’s suite, which contains the office, his and her bathroom, while other passengers will have the opportunity to stay in four large cabins on the lower deck. As for the crew, their spaces are also located on the lower deck, but on the bow.
The upper deck, sun deck and bow provide an additional 170 square feet of space, with several sections devoted to enjoyment. Meanwhile, an interior made of natural materials and vibrant tones such as teak, raffia, flax, straw and many tropical wood species, will give the whole story an exotic touch, combining freshness and elegance with the best amenities available.
Abaco Yacht will be equipped with two CAT C32 ACERT D engines, which will help it develop a top speed of 17.5 knots, with a cruising speed of 12 knots. The yacht will also include a garage that can accommodate a six-meter tender, a smaller rescue tender and several water toys.
