Xiaomi is not only one of the largest mobile phone manufacturers, but also a company that invests heavily in the development of electric vehicles.
The two latest products in this segment are two “smart” electric scooters (essentially two variants of the same model), which Xiaomi produces under its 70mai brand. According to the information available, both models should hit the market later this year.
70mai A1 and A1 Pro Smart electric scooters should, above all, impress with their “smart” capabilities, an aspect that the company has worked hard and dedicated to.
At the heart of that feature is a 6.86-inch screen that allows for touch and voice input, and the latter method focuses on allowing the driver hands-free use of the available options while driving. There are several preinstalled apps, such as a music player, then a Mijia app that allows you to control other Xiaomi smartphones, folders, and HD cameras.
Not only can the built-in camera record every ride, it also has a safety feature as it can also serve as a parking monitor and automatically sends pictures to the owner in case of theft, with location information through the “find a motorcycle” option.
Of course, you can get all the driving information you need on the screen, such as autonomy, battery status, speed, and a wealth of other data.
The maximum speed of the generator is 25 km / h, while the battery can be fully charged in 7 and a half hours, and the option of fast charging is available. The A1 has an autonomy of 60 km, while for the Pro variant it is 10 km higher.
When it comes to price, it should be emphasized that Xiaomi wants these models to be extremely affordable. The A1 should cost around €460, while the Pro variant should cost around €500.
