Philips, on the other hand, produces a wide range of consumer electronics and devices that possess modern aesthetics. We can freely say that the cooperation between these two Scandinavian brands seems unexpected at first glance, but we must admit that it actually gave us a unique, tactile range of portable audio accessories.
Philips Portable Speakers
Inspired by nature, with shapes reminiscent of rocks shaped by the power of the river, each of the two collectible Bluetooth speakers is almost entirely draped with acoustic transparent Square textiles, with a small section covered with polished steel, in the George Jensen way. The larger speaker, TAJS50, is intended to be used horizontally, while the smaller one, TAJS30, can be used upright.
Both speakers offer a wireless connection at a distance of twenty meters, with six hours of operation for the smaller and 20 for the larger model. Interestingly, the smaller speaker has received IPX7 certification, which means it is waterproof to a depth of 30 meters for 30 minutes.
The entire collection was supposed to be presented during Milan Design Week before the corona virus decided to change our plans, but it will still be available for purchase in the middle of this year.
