As a reminder, the British AC recently announced that it has prepared an electric version of the legendary Cobra (it has an electric motor with 308HP and 500 Nm, with an autonomy of 241 km), as well as the Cobra 140 Charter Edition (with Ford’s 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder developing 350HP here and 440 Nm).
The electric Cobra will be made in a series of 58 units (in part 58 years since the start of production of the first AC Cobra), at a price of £138,000, while the variant with 350 hp petrol costs £85,000.
Meanwhile, the AC introduces another version of the Cobra, with a V8 engine.
It is an AC Cobra 378 Superblower MkIV with a 6.2-liter V8 engine from the C7 generation Corvette Z06, while the Cobra develops 580hp.
The package also includes an LSD differential, multi-link suspension, black leather interior, 16 to 18 inch wheels …
The price is £129,500, and the first copies are already in production.
