Exactly three years ago, Ferrari exhibited the Portofino model (named after a city in Italy) at the Frankfurt Motor Show, which replaced the former California T. Ferrari believes that it is time for modifications, so now is introduced an improved version called Portofino M ( Modified).
It is still a sports Coupe-Cabrio sports car with a folding hardtop and two rear seats (only for shorter distances).
Portofino M features a couple of visual changes to the exterior for a more aggressive look, as well as a brand new 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a boosted 3.9-liter V8 engine (+ 20HP).
This twin-turbo unit now has 456kW / 620HP and 760 Nm of torque, and with it the Portofino M accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.45 seconds, to 100 km / h in 9.8 seconds (a full second faster than before), with a top speed of more than 320 km / h.
In addition, the package also includes an electronic rear differential E-Diff3, F1-Trac system, as well as a new Race driving mode.
Ferrari also offers ventilated and heated seats, as well as a number of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
Let’s also remember the dimension: Portofino is 4586 mm long, 1938 mm wide and 1318 mm high. Here is the fact that the weight distribution is 46-54% forward / backward.
