   • Smashed the previous world record for the coin, becoming the most expensive British silver coin ever sold.
2. Henry III Gold Penny:
   • A Henry III (1216-1272) gold Penny of 20 Pence ND (c. 1257) UNC Details (Bent) NGC closed at $504,000.
   • One of four examples in private hands, proposed by Sir John Evans as the “true” first portrait of an English king on coinage before the Tudor era.
3. Anne Gold 5 Guineas 1706:
   • An Anne gold 5 Guineas 1706 MS63 PCGS set a record with a winning bid of $408,000.
   • The sole finest pre-Union issue and one of only two Anne 5 Guineas with a full Choice Mint State designation.
4. Carol I Gold Proof Pattern 20 Lei:
   • A Carol I gold Proof Pattern 20 Lei 1868 PR62 Ultra Cameo NGC fetched $336,000, tripling its high pre-auction estimate.
   • The only graded example in the NGC census and a world record setter, tying it to the key rarity of the Romanian series.
5. Nicholas II Gold Specimen 1/2 Imperial:
   • An exceptionally rare Nicholas II gold Specimen 1/2 Imperial of 5 Roubles 1895-AГ SP62 PCGS reached $264,000.
   • Tied as the sole graded Specimen example, highlighting its historical significance in the later Russian imperial series.
6. Victoria Gold Proof Pattern Crown 1887:
   • A Victoria gold Proof Pattern Crown (5 Shillings) 1887 PR65+ Ultra Cameo NGC reached $264,000, showcasing distinct British Patterns.
