Hart Audio has launched world’s most expensive loudspeaker – D&W Aural Pleasure Cast in Gold, worth £3 Million ($4,7 Million). Hart Audio’s latest range of D&W Aural Pleasure loudspeakers are limited to 99 pairs in bronze, 5 pairs in sterling silver and just 1 pair in 100kg of Solid 18k Gold. For the gold one, we already said that is the world’s most expensive, but two other also keep the price, but can’t be compared with it, the Silver edition is £200,000 ($313,900) and Bronze version will cost you £40,000 ($62,800)!
Designed to connect the ancient art of bell-founding and the state of the art acoustic technology to deliver perfect sound, each cabinet weighs 50 kg (110lbs) without drivers and single column stand with a flared base for stability. The D&W Loudspeaker feature 3 speaker drive units, with the main driver which delivers midrange and bass has a high frequency unit at its center delivering the treble. Topping of system off is a super tweeter which extands the bandwidth of this all-embracing speaker to reveal the full potential of the latest high resolution audio formats.
The pair boasts sensitivity range of 97db 1w@1mtr, impedance 5 Ohms and a frequency range 47Hz- 37Khz (+-4db & 39Hz-47Khz +- 10db). The speakers will deliver the best output when placed in the corners of the room.
