Treasures may come in many forms and their value depends on who owns them. In order to preserve your treasures, Boca do Lobo Studio has created a new collection designed for the most demanding clients. Part of this collection is the Millionaire Safe – a limited edition piece covered in gold. The piece was designed with a nod to the Gold Rush of 1849, when gold was found causing back robberies to be at an all-time high. Safe technology was not as advanced as it is now, and it was not unusual for robbers to break open the safe, rather than pick the lock.
Millionaire Safe by Boca do Lobo
The safe is built out of mahogany and covered in polished brass before being dipped into gold. On the exterior aside from the playful nicks and divots are the large silver plated cogs and brass handle of the safe. Its opening system works with a combination of a secret code (rotation system).
The interior features a set of drawers and a door with a separate closing system, while its laterals are lined with a hand-sewn fabric.
