Those lucky enough to be guests of this magnificent place are entering the Mark’s penthouse from one of three private elevators, padding across a white oak floor into the Grand Ballroom, so named for its 26-foot tall ceilings. Next is a 24-seater dining room, a kitchen equipped with Miele and Gaggenau appliances that guests will surely never use, as well as access to three Michelin Star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who can be enlisted to prepare a private dinner, means that entertaining has never been so lavish.
