At just 25 years old Taylor Swift has experience with the real estates. Famous singer has just splashed out $25 million on iconic Beverly Hills mansion. Built in the 1930s, this spacious 10,982 square foot residence nestled on 1.94 gated acres behind the Beverly Hills Hotel was the private domain of one of Hollywood’s most famous families.
The mansion has seven bedrooms, six-and-three-fourths bathrooms and some of the highlights include a formal entry with sweeping staircase, many formal rooms, a library/screening room, a card room, home gym, guest suite, and private guest apartment.
The property also includes a swimming pool, pool house, gardens, expanses of open grass, and a sunken championship tennis court.
the historic mansion was commissioned by Samual Goldwyn who hired architect Douglas Honnold to design it. The storied property hit the market earlier this year with an ask price of $39 million before dropping to $27.995 million. Swift reportedly paid close to $25 million for it.
Taylor already owns a secluded Beverly Hills estate that she picked up in 2011 for $3.55 million and a home in Nashville for nearly $2 million.
