After two years on the market and multiple price chops, Pharrell Williams’ Miami penthouse is back up for sale, this time with the price of $10.9 million. The 42-year-old singer and songwriter purchased extravagant condo at the top of the high-rise Bristol Tower in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami for $12.5million in 2007. First put on the market for $16.8 million in 2012, the price was dropped to $14 million in 2013 and again to $10.8 million 5 months later.

However, the two-story property spans on 9,000-square-foot and boasts 360-degree views from floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the entire apartment. It features five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a grand cathedral-like living room featuring an elegant staircase as well as Family Guy art and Pharrell’s interview by Michael Jackson adorning the walls. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find art from KAWS, Takashi Murakami, Kidrobot, Keith Haring, and Andy Warhol.
There’s an additional 5,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a rooftop pool as well as a home theater complete with red leather seats.
