The 42-year-old singer and songwriter purchased extravagant condo at the top of the high-rise Bristol Tower in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami for $12.5million in 2007. First put on the market for $16.8 million in 2012, the price was dropped to $14 million in 2013 and again to $10.8 million 5 months later.
