A Florida company “Green Magic Homes” came up with the idea to build a small prefabricated houses that look just like those in the famous district from “The Lord of the Rings.” Three contractor can assemble a house like this for a few days. Just like Hobbit holes, and these modern homes are designed to be under a layer of soil and turf and are perfect for growing vegetables and flowers on the roof.
