One Thousand Museum is a high-rise condominium designed by Zaha Hadid in Miami, Florida. Following the ground breaking last December, construction has begun with 9,500 cubic yards of concrete already poured. The 62-story building is expected to rise about 700 feet (210 m) when completed in 2017, making it one of the tallest buildings in Miami.

Designed in association with the local architect of record, O’Donnell Dannwolf Partners Architects, the residential skyscraper will offer half- and full-floor residences, duplex townhomes, and a single duplex penthouse, overlooking Museum Park and Biscayne Bay at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard.
This will be the first building to have an exoskeleton (mixture of fiberglass an concrete) around it that will give strength, but also a new dimension to this beautiful building.

Throughout the earlier stages of the building process, over 4,800 pieces of this exoskeleton will be shipped in from Dubai.
Residents of the building will also have at their disposal a beautiful panoramic view of Miami and its bay, access to the heliport, and aqua center that offers a variety of pools and unforgettable entertainment.
