Roca Llisa is a real luxury enclave nestled in a quiet environment, which is in contrast to the busy lifestyles of islands Ibiza where it is located. This villa is primarily designed as an oasis, where the island can be experienced in a rather relaxed manner. With unique elements and details, Roca Llisa estate can be called “Beverley Hills” of Ibiza.
Customer requirements prior to the start of construction of new villas were very clear and simple.

Vila which features unique designed, classic Mediterranean style, it had to function as a sheltered, meditative space, while also an ideal environment for a family or larger gatherings with friends.
This design approach was focused on the use of natural, organic materials such as wood and stone. These tactile materials they add a sense of warmth and hospitality in predominantly contemporary architecture. Textured materials are added ambience and depth to minimalist and clean interior.

Large sliding glass doors here have only one role, and that is mixing the natural environment with the interior, without a clear and visible border.
Each space of this villa on three levels has a different function. Interior design and its decoration had to be simultaneously casual and elegant, to express a modern, relaxed, almost bohemian character, free of clutter and hefty, intrusive layers.
