Now, you can own Mike Tyson’s home and be his neighbor – if you have $1,5 million. His home in Nevada is now available for purchase, since former heavyweight boxing champ has upgraded to a bigger house in his neighborhood and put his former home near Las Vegas in a closed community of Seven Hills up for sale. Tyson recently bought a two-story, 8,149-square-foot mansion in Henderson, Nevada, for $2.5million, and it’s just down the street from his old house.
However, the 5,804-square-foot home sits on three-quarters of an acre. Recently renovated, it now boasts 25-foot lighted waterfall in the sunken great room on the main level. Other contemporary touches include the remodeled kitchen. The house boasts five bedrooms and four updated bathrooms; the master bathroom features a floating tub, an LED-lighted rain shower, and marble throughout.
Large windows and sliding doors open this villa towards the back yard, where there is a pool with waterfall and spa section. The yard also has a separate section for barbecue, bar and place for campfire.
Otherwise, Tyson and his wife paid $ 1,75 million for the estate in 2008.
