The Antebellum Greek revival estate is comprised of 22,000 square feet and is detailed with chevron patterned hardwood floors, maple columns, French doors and multiple fireplaces.
Depending on the price that “The Last Dance” fetches, it could mark the Nashville area’s biggest single-family residential property sale in recent years. That overall distinction belongs to country star Alan Jackson’s Williamson County home and farm, which sold for $28 million nearly six years ago.
