For a quite long time, beautiful Latino diva Jennifer Lopez is trying to sell her home. However, seeing this perfect Bel Air mansion, she could not resist and so she became the new owner of a luxury home. Actually, Jennifer was pretty lucky when it comes to the price of the villa. The home, which was formerly owned by actress Sela Ward, was listed for $39 million, but the singer managed to pick it up for $28 million.
This amazing place has 5 bedrooms, as many as 13 bathrooms (some of them even have their own outdoor space), mini home theater with a capacity for 30 people, a library, 2 houses for friends who will come to visit her, a vineyard, a massage room, three offices, a swimming pool and even a pub.
Inside, there are also wardrobe for both women and men. In the courtyard there is also an amphitheater with approximately 100 seats.
Originally built in the 1940s, much of the home has been rebuilt with reclaimed wood from Louisiana and Mississippi, where Sela Ward grew up.
The private yard on the 2.35 acre property has stone terraces and verandas, walking paths and four-wheeler trails, a waterfall that feeds into a koi pond, a man-made swimming pond complete with a sandy beach and outdoor shower, a cabana, a covered bridge, a miniature golf course, an entertaining area with a full kitchen and fire pit, an organic vegetable garden, and a vineyard.
