Just a few months ago, Britney Spears splashed out $7,4 million on a villa with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and now wants to sell the property which she bought in 2012 for $8.995 million. Sprawling 8,456 square feet, the Mediterranean-style home, which was built in 2010, is an impeccable property in the Lake Sherwood community.

With five bedrooms and seven baths spread out on one floor, the entire property covers 61,647 square feet of land. There are two offices, a movie room, a game room, formal dining room, and an open kitchen with two grand central islands that flow out to the great room, where family and friends can gather in comfort. Not to forget a stunning 180-degree view of the Santa Monica Mountains.
