Tom Ford put his Santa Fe ranch on the market after purchasing a $53 million mansion in Los Angeles. The Tadao Ando – designed home, called the Cerro Pelon Ranch, in the Galisteo Basin near Santa Fe, New Mexico, can now be yours for a whopping $75 million.
Covering over 20,000 acres, the property boasts two private compounds, one of which is the main residence poised atop a reflecting pool and other is a stable that can accommodate eight horses, two riding rings, and an old west town that has been used as a set in such movies as Lonesome Dove, All The Pretty Horses, and Wild Wild West. Just to make it even easier, it’s only about $3630 per acre.
