At an auction, which will be held this month in the UK, one very interesting machine should get a new owner.
It is about Betpod, a motorcycle that appeared in the films “The Dark Knight” and “The Dark Knight Rises”, and was made according to the idea of director Christopher Nolan and designers Nathan Crowley. Betpod is made exclusively for this two Nolan’s film, and with it comes a certificate of authenticity from “Warner Brothers”.
Two-wheeler has a custom chassis, 31-inch Hoosier racing tires, fiberglass panels, while the exhaust system is hidden within the frame. It is powered by Honda’s aggregate with capacity of 750 cubic meters. It is on sale in the non-functional state, no battery, tank control, without gas and brake.
Auction where Betpod will be offered on sale,is scheduled for September 27 and will be held in one London theater.
It is expected that Batman’s motorcycle find its new owner for the sum between 71,500 and 94,500 euros, and it should be noted that along with it comes a handful of unique parts.
